We will try to process your request as soon as possible and contact you regarding your request afterwards. Usually you will receive information about your request the same day.
Mistakes can happen, of course. If you are mistaken about the package size, or even the medication, please contact us bypass so that we can correct the request.
Once we receive your request, we will check if your product is in stock and you can pick it up immediately. Otherwise, we order the desired product from our wholesaler, and usually receive them on the same day. Our staff will inform you as soon as we have received your order and you can pick it up.
Sometimes an error may occur when submitting your request. In this case, simply contact us by phone regarding your request and we will check our system to see if we have received your request and will be happy to inform you of the status.
Once you have been informed that your order is now ready for collection, you can come and collect your products at any time during our opening hours. You can find our opening hours on our website.
If your order is ready to be picked up, you can simply pick it up under the name under which you placed the order in our pharmacy during opening hours.
